Price
Our products are sold at the price advertised on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, prior to the confirmation of your order, without notice.
All prices are in Mauritian Rupees and inclusive of VAT applicable at the time of your order.

Payment
We accept payment by Credit Cards -Visa & MasterCard. MCB JUICE is now also available. Our Juice Merchant Name is bebe.mu from the selected merchant list. Input Your Order Number under Remarks. All payments are secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
bebe.mu processes payment through MIPS MyPay which does not store card details. MIPS My Pay is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant payment ecosystem.
When you choose an online payment option, your card information is securely processed through the payment gateway.
Rest assured that your card is safely encrypted as it travels over the Internet.
After check out, once payment is cleared, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your order. At that stage, you will not be able to add extra products to that particular order.
Delivery
Delivery services are only available in Mauritius.
Once you have placed your order, our customer support will contact you to confirm your delivery address and preferred delivery time.
We deliver across the island to your home within 3-6 days (excluding week-ends)
We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,000 and for orders below Rs. 3,000, a delivery fee of Rs. 200 will apply.
Delivery and/or collection is made when the customer signs the delivery/collection slip.
You have to show your National Identity Card (NIC) as proof of identity as well as quote your Order Number before delivery or collection can be made. Your NIC number will be noted down by the agent or by our driver.
If a third party takes delivery of your order, he/she will also have to show and write down his/her own NIC before delivery can be made.
We will not be liable for the late or non-delivery of the products or for any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of any incorrect delivery or other information you have provided us or occasioned by events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns
Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
You are required to check the condition and conformity of the products delivered at the time of delivery/collection, i.e. before you sign the delivery/collection slip.
Returns can be made in the following cases:
1) Product(s) received does not correspond to those on the invoice received by mail
2) The product has manufacturing defects
Product should be returned unused and in their original packaging. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Customers are requested to check and verify the products at the time of delivery and return any product with the driver. They shall be requested to sign a return note.
Once delivery has been made, we will not be liable for any breakages, nonconformity or shortages of the products ordered.
Customers are advised to read manuals carefully before using electrical appliances. Product misuse will not be covered by warranty.
In the event there is a return to be made on any electrical appliance, customers are requested to return the product to the nearest showroom with original invoice.
Technical issues on the website
There may be restricted access to the website during periods of repairs and/or maintenance.
For internet safety purposes, we would encourage you to install firewalls and antivirus programs on your computer. We are not responsible for any failure in the internet or for any external intrusion.
